KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - BENELUX, UK, SCANDINAVIA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analysis and assessment of the potential of the Benelux, UK, Scandinavia markets, benchmarking
  • Co-creation of sales and marketing strategy for the Benelux, UK, Scandinavia markets
  • Acquiring new customers in the Benelux, UK, Scandinavia
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with key customers
  • Development of current Phillips Europe customers in the subordinate area
  • Negotiating terms of cooperation and commercial agreements
  • Co-organization and participation in trade fairs, conferences and business meetings
  • Responsibility for achieving sales results in a given market
  • KPI analysis and reporting of results to the Sales Director
  • Cooperation with the Pricing, Customer Service, Marketing, Product Management, DBiR departments

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education – preferably technical or economic/commercial
  • 2-5 years of experience as KAM, Sales Manager, Account Manager, preferably in the automotive industry (aftermarket, OEM, OES)
  • Experience in working with distribution networks, workshops, fleets, dealers, spare parts distributors
  • Knowledge of the spare parts market (aftermarket) – a necessary condition

SKILLS:

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients (B2B)
  • Ability to conduct business negotiations
  • Goal and result orientation
  • English – fluently
  • Other languages (e.g. German) – welcome
  • Independence and good work organization
  • Communication skills and customer orientation
  • Willingness to travel on business
