
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - BENELUX, UK, SCANDINAVIA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis and assessment of the potential of the Benelux, UK, Scandinavia markets, benchmarking
- Co-creation of sales and marketing strategy for the Benelux, UK, Scandinavia markets
- Acquiring new customers in the Benelux, UK, Scandinavia
- Maintaining long-term relationships with key customers
- Development of current Phillips Europe customers in the subordinate area
- Negotiating terms of cooperation and commercial agreements
- Co-organization and participation in trade fairs, conferences and business meetings
- Responsibility for achieving sales results in a given market
- KPI analysis and reporting of results to the Sales Director
- Cooperation with the Pricing, Customer Service, Marketing, Product Management, DBiR departments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education – preferably technical or economic/commercial
- 2-5 years of experience as KAM, Sales Manager, Account Manager, preferably in the automotive industry (aftermarket, OEM, OES)
- Experience in working with distribution networks, workshops, fleets, dealers, spare parts distributors
- Knowledge of the spare parts market (aftermarket) – a necessary condition
SKILLS:
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients (B2B)
- Ability to conduct business negotiations
- Goal and result orientation
- English – fluently
- Other languages (e.g. German) – welcome
- Independence and good work organization
- Communication skills and customer orientation
- Willingness to travel on business
